These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Hazika International LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a registered entity in the State of Montana, USA, specializing in the manufacturing and export of custom apparel, MMA gear, and footwear.
By accessing our services, placing an order, or engaging in business with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. General Provisions
● Legal Compliance: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
● Eligibility: By entering into a business agreement, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind your entity to these terms.
2. Manufacturing & Customization
● Specifications: We manufacture products based on technical packs (tech packs), GSM weights, and fabric specifications provided or approved by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all dimensions and material types are accurate before production begins.
● Samples: Pre-production samples may be provided for approval. Once a sample is approved in writing, any subsequent changes may incur additional costs and lead time.
● Tolerance: Please note that in industrial manufacturing, a standard variance of +/- 5% in sizing and color shading is considered acceptable within industry standards.
3. Orders & Payments
● Quotations: All price quotes are valid for a period of 30 days unless otherwise stated.
● Payment Terms: Production typically requires a deposit (percentage to be agreed upon in the Proforma Invoice), with the remaining balance due prior to shipment or as per the specific credit terms negotiated.
● Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
4. Shipping & Logistics
● Shipping Terms: Unless otherwise specified, all international orders are shipped under FOB (Free on Board) or Ex Works (EXW) terms.
● Delivery Timelines: While we strive to meet all production deadlines, Hazika International LLC is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, customs clearances, or Force Majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, or global supply chain disruptions).
5. Intellectual Property
● Client Designs: You retain ownership of any logos or proprietary designs you provide. By providing them, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for the production of your order.
● Manufacturing Rights: We reserve the right to display non-proprietary samples of our craftsmanship in our professional portfolio or marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is in place.
6. Returns & Claims
● Quality Assurance: Any claims regarding manufacturing defects or quantity discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of receiving the goods.
● Custom Goods: Because items are manufactured to specific client requirements (Custom Apparel, MMA Gear, Footwear), returns are not accepted for "change of mind" or sizing errors resulting from client-provided specifications.
7. Limitation of Liability
Hazika International LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our manufactured products, including but not limited to athletic injuries sustained while using MMA gear.
